At the end you will either be able to sit down and sample what you have made over a relaxed meal with the other attendees or take it away to enjoy later. By learning from professionals you will find your new found knife skills will greatly increase your speed in the kitchen. This is an essential class for keen cooks of all abilities. After a warm welcome on arrival, you will get to meet your expert cookery teacher who will talk you through the day's programme and what you will be learning during your lesson. Then it will be your turn to get the knife and chopping board out and become an expert at slicing, dicing, sharpening and handling knives. At the end of the session you will sit down to lunch with your fellow students, along with a glass of wine. All ingredients and equipment you will require are provided and you will leave with a copy of the day's recipes together with a host of new ideas.
