Then it will be your turn to get the knife and chopping board out and become an expert at slicing, dicing, sharpening and handling knives. At the end of the session you will sit down to lunch with your fellow students, along with a glass of wine. All ingredients and equipment you will require are provided and you will leave with a copy of the day's recipes together with a host of new ideas.
