I’m a retired chef/caterer from London, I took up the task of writing this blog because I want to share my knowledge in this occupation. I had some great times in this job, the tasks are massive but the rewards are better. I was in this type of work for over 40 years and luckily had the oppotunity to run my own catering service, I have learnt from others and taught newbies, I would like to guide other beginner caterers in the right direction.
