Chinese summer cooking combines light, beautiful colours and scents with the powerful notes of chilli. In this workshop Guo Yue will show you how to steam dishes to create healthy, colourful works of art from scratch. From modern Dim Sum to ancient folded noodles; dishes will include Steamed Prawn, Salmon & Chive Crystal Dumplings, Steamed Lotus Leaf with Duck & Vegetables and handmade Fan Noodles with Scallops & Coriander. At the end of the class you'll sit down to the prepared banquet, accompanied by a serenade from Guo's collection of bamboo and white jade flutes. A true feast for all the senses.
