Recipes include Fresh Shrimp Summer Roll with Sweet Chilli Vinaigrette, Scallop & Spring Onion Siu Mei (open dumplings), Steamed Chicken & Shiitake Bun and Spicy Pork Sichuan Wonton in Special Chilli Oil. During the class you will learn how to make wrappers from scratch and how to fold, shape and cook your parcels to perfection. The class will be rounded off with a meal of your own creation, including a Sweet Mango Pudding for dessert.
