Italian Cookery for Two
Learn how to cook fabulous Italian food at La Cucina Caldesi in central London. Choose from a range of classes including 30 minute quick Italian recipes or traditional Tuscan cookery. After meeting fellow pupils over coffee and biscotti, the instructor on the day talks the class through the chosen menu. Then everyone makes full use of the purpose built kitchens to get cooking to produce a meal that the class will sit down to eat together when cooking is complete.
