For many years Jenny Chandler travelled the world's seas as an onboard chef on an Italian owned yacht. Much of this time was spent on the coastlines of the Mediterranean and its influence can be seen here in her cooking. From St. Tropez to Portofino, Jenny will steer you through her personal highlights of the Riviera's stunning cuisine. Recipes include a classic Bouillabaisse, Socca (a typical Niçoise street food) with Pesto, Vitello Tonnato (the ultimate 'prepare ahead' Italian summer dish) and Lemon & Thyme Focaccia. Class includes tastings of each dish and coffee or tea on arrival.
