After a warm welcome on arrival, you will meet your expert cookery teacher who will talk you through the day's programme and what you will be cooking during your lesson. Then it will be your turn to get your apron on and get cooking. What you cook on the day depends on the location you choose, but generally you will cover cooking fresh crabs, filleting round and flat fish, preparing fish stocks and classic fish based sauces, cooking muscles and preparing your own lobster. At the end you will either be able to sit down and sample what you have made over a relaxed meal with the other attendees or take it away to enjoy later.
