The workshop is hosted by one of the restaurant's experienced chefs, who will give a talk on the history of sushi making and give a demonstration on how to prepare it. You'll then get to make three types of sushi using fish, rice and vegetable ingredients. To finish off, you'll be given a special YO! Bento box and sushi-rolling mat to take home. This course will reveal how to prepare various aspects of a typical Moroccan feast. Moroccan cuisine is very diverse, with many influences including Berber, Moorish, Mediterranean, Arab, and African.
