In the second mini game you must pick out the best quality ingredients for your restaurant within time limits. The ingredients may have a different colour tone shape too big/small etc ie Meat: (displayed as a big ham) for the best quality it has to be bright red. the redder the better and the more fat it has the worse it is. If it is oddly shaped or speckled or has a large bone in it then it is of lesser quality. Obviously the better ingredients used in your restuaurant the better your restaurant will be.
